Computer repairs are not limited to the repairs listed on this page. If you have a repair concern, contact DigitalDUDE, we’ll give you either a quote for your repair or discuss dropping your computer off or perhaps an on-site visit.

Computer Repairs:

+ Upgrade / Faulty Component Replacement:

— RAM: $15 plus cost of memory modules (sticks)
— Drive (HDD/SSD): $15 plus cost of drive (includes optical drives)
— CPU: $45 plus cost of CPU (includes thermal paste and fan cleaning)
— GPU: $15 plus cost of GPU ($25 if driver installation required)
— Motherboard: $65 plus cost of motherboard ($85 if reconfiguration of OS required)

— Replace Fans: $10 per fan + cost of fan or $25 for CPU fan

+ Laptop Specific Repairs:

— Change LCD Screen: $45 plus cost of screen
— Replace Battery: $10 plus cost of battery
— Replace keyboard: $25 plus cost of keyboard

— Power Adapter Replacement: $25 (as adapter available)

+ Specialty Repairs:

— Overheating Repair: $65 (for desktop or laptop – includes fan cleaning and re-thermal pasting)
— Liquid Damage Repair: on a device by device basis depending on level of damage – from $25 to $85
— Blockchain Mining Equipment Cleaning: Cleaning ASICs $45 (each) – Cleaning GPU(s) $65 (each)
