A general understanding of issue will be attempted over phone in order to
determine which parts or tools may be needed.
A DigitalDUDE technician will then arrive at your house or place of business free of charge (within repair
area only). You will be provided a price quote prior to the beginning of repairs after a
preliminary diagnostic is completed.
If a problem cannot be immediately diagnosed, you will be provided a diagnostic quote.
If the diagnostic reveals the source of the problem AND the problem becomes fixed, then
you will be charged the diagnostic fee as well as whatever repair fee was (and materials were) required.
If a repair fee is required after diagnostic, you will have been provided that cost quote up-front prior to repairs beginning.
