DigitalDUDE offers several different NO COST charity services.

Digital Components Refurbish/Re-Use/Recycle Program:

If you have old computers / electronics and digital devices, you can deliver them (or if there are enough we can always pick them up from your location) to our repair facility and not only save yourself the e-waste cost of their disposal but also have the peace of mind that they will become repurposed and distributed to those who can’t afford and those in need.

Free Hands On Computer Building Lessons:

One of the things that DigitalDUDE does with the received components and systems is hold educational sessions where individuals can sign up learn how to build computers from the ground up. They will learn how to assemble to hardware components and troubleshoot hardware builds as well as understand how the components talk together (at a very basic level) and even to install an operating system when the build is all done.

Free (/Expense Reduced) Computer Systems:

DigitalDUDE uses the received components from the community to teach people how to build computers by assembling the hardware and then loading an operating system and when the computers are finished and tested, DigitalDUDE gives them away to people in need and people who could otherwise not afford a computer.
